A 17-year insurance industry veteran, Alex has specialized in high level strategic insurance placements for the construction, manufacturing, and the telecommunications industries. In addition to his domestic insurance placements, Alex has participated in a multitude of international insurance placements and strategic initiatives.

A native of the Greater Orlando area, Alex graduated from, and played soccer for, Highpoint University. Having an entrepreneurial spirit, something given to him by his father, Alex returned home to participate in a number of endeavors before focusing on the insurance space. Alex has also participated in a number of local, industry specific associations, most notably as the current President of the Independent Insurance Agents of Central Florida. 

Alex is married to his wife Amanda, and has three children, Jimmy, Charlie, and Gwen. Alex and his family enjoy spending time traveling and watching their children play soccer.

A 15-year commercial insurance veteran, Corey represents clientele in the construction, marine, manufacturing, hospitality, property portfolio management, and property development industries. 

A native of the Greater Orlando area, and a fourth generation Floridian, Corey is a graduate of the University of Florida and was an offensive lineman for the Florida Gators football team from 2006 – 2010, including both the 2006 and 2008 National Championship teams.  

Corey is married to his wife Stacey, and has two children, Lillian and Noah. An outdoors enthusiast, Corey enjoys spending time with his family on water or in the woods. Corey is an active member of the UF Football Former Player’s Network and the Central Florida Gator Club. Corey has served on multiple boards for non-profits and the University of Florida Varsity Letter “F” Club. 

A 13-year insurance industry veteran, preceded by a 16-year career in the retail and business banking industry, Rich has parlayed that experience into a foundation in the financial services, manufacturing, construction, and distribution insurance space. Richard’s wealth of business and financial strategy translates into a keen understanding of the needs of businesses that he represents.  

A native Floridian and alumni of the University of Central Florida, Richard has lived in Central Florida his entire life, and is an active and valued member of the Orlando community. 

Richard is married to his wife Lindsay and has three children, Alice, Ann Elizabeth, and Ben. Richard enjoys golfing, hunting, and fishing.

A 20-year insurance industry veteran, Ryan is an expert in Employee Benefits from fully insured through self-funded markets. With particular attention paid to relationship building, Ryan prides himself on always putting his clients first.  Often brokers align with carriers and tell the carrier story to the client, Ryan makes it clear that it is the client’s story that is of utmost importance.

Ryan Parsons is a 4th generation Orlando native and enjoys deep ties to the Central Florida community. Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife, Sondra, his three sons, Jack, Bo and Burke.  An avid golfer and bird hunter, he loves being in the woods with his boys and two labs, Chapel and Lucy.  He also enjoys doing standup comedy.  He sits on the boards of the Reed Charitable Foundation and The Jake Owen Foundation.

A 30+ year veteran in the insurance industry, Billy brings expertise and knowledge in the ever-changing world of Employee Benefits, specifically in the ASO and alternate-funded arrangements of an Employer Benefits Plan.

Prior to joining Cypress Risk Partners, Billy was SVP and member of the Senior Management Team for a large National PEO.  His responsibilities included underwriting, loss control, carrier relationships and negotiations of carrier contracts and benefits administration for a health plan in excess of 50,000 members.

Billy Magee is a longtime resident of Central Florida and a graduate of Florida State University.   Billy enjoys family time with his wife Emily and two daughters, Megan and Elle and son-in-law Steven.  He enjoys playing golf, fishing and time with friends in his spare time.  He is an Elder in his local Church as well as active with other local charities.
